Louis is our Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, his mission is to provide elite coaching and education on physical preparation for athletes. His passion for athletic development began as a youth athlete, he never had the guidance of a Strength and Conditioning Coach to prepare his body for the rigors of soccer.

As a result, he wanted to learn and help others avoid the injury troubles that he endured. Louis gained a Bachelors of Sport Science where he learned the foundations required to work with the complexities of the human body.

Soon after university, Louis suffered a serious injury requiring a total knee reconstruction. Louis saw a silver lining in his tough road to recovery as he had an opportunity to experience ACL rehabilitation first-hand. It was a challenging experience that has helped shape him into the practitioner that he is today.

Over the years Louis has completed extensive internships at private performance facilities, as well as completing a Masters of Exercise Science, Strength and Conditioning. He has previously worked with Coburg Lions Football Club, St. Albans Soccer Club, Brunswick City Soccer Club, and A League side Western United Football Club.
