His coaching philosophy is based on three core pillars of keeping it simple, effective and efficient. As an experienced coach, his mission is not only to develop athletes but to help coaches too. Louis enjoys mentoring new coaches and is open to sharing his experience to those who are serious about developing.
Louis never had the guidance of a Performance Coach to prepare his own body for the rigors of soccer. As a result, he wanted to help others avoid the injury troubles that he endured as a youth athlete. He studied Exercise and Sports Science extensively, volunteered at many performance facilities, and learned the foundations required to work with the complexities of the human body.
Soon after university, Louis suffered a serious injury requiring a total knee reconstruction.
